Why Me
I’m not someone who’s followed a perfect path or built a business from a textbook.
Everything I talk about comes from actually being in it, figuring things out as I go, making mistakes, fixing them, and growing through it. I’ve had to make tough decisions, deal with pressure, and keep things moving even when it would’ve been easier not to.
As CEO of Hyde & Rowe, I’ve built something that’s both commercially strong and genuinely meaningful. That balance hasn’t come easy, and it’s given me a very real perspective on leadership, growth, and what it actually takes to make something work long term.
When I speak, I’m not trying to sound impressive. I just speak honestly. I share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and the things people don’t usually say out loud.
I think people connect with that. It’s raw, it’s practical, and it’s something they can take away and use.
